Work at MedBil

We hire credentialed people and give them one specialty to be genuinely good at rather than ten to be adequate at.

How we work

Coders are assigned by specialty and stay there. Account leads own a defined book of practices rather than a queue. Reporting is weekly, which means the work is visible and so is its effect.

[CLIENT INPUT] Add the rest of the culture statement — location and remote policy, hours, how teams are structured, what training and credential support is provided.

Open roles

[CLIENT INPUT] List current openings with a role title, location or remote status, required credentials, and how to apply.

If there are no open roles, say so here plainly and invite speculative applications from credentialed coders rather than leaving the section empty.

Speculative applications

If you hold an active AAPC or AHIMA credential and there is nothing listed that fits, write to us anyway. Tell us which specialties you have worked and what you are good at.

Send us 90 days of claims data. We'll return a written analysis showing your denial rate, A/R ageing, and the specific revenue you're not collecting.

It's free, and you keep the report either way.
